Top of Your Game features inspirational stories and tools for personal transformation. Ariela interviews people who have been able to make their dreams a reality. She helps uncover the factors that lead people to make it through their challenges and achieve a new level of success. She also shares some Avatar concepts and techniques to enable listeners to move forward in their own lives.

July 11: Dr. Alice Chan, PhD was born in Hong Kong and raised in Macau. She came to the US to go to college in Hawaii on her own at the age of 16. Since then Dr. Chan has reinvented herself numerous times- she did her PhD on internet marketing and international mass media when it was brand new, she became an award winning professor at Cornell University, a successful corporate business coach, and was married twice. September 12: Alexandra Allred trained for and made the U.S. women’s bobsled team from 1994-1998, where she won the gold medal at U.S. Nationals and was named Athlete of the Year by the United States Olympic Committee. She was four and a half months pregnant at the time! She then focused on her love of writing and wrote a women’s sports book The Quiet Storm, and started freelance writing for Mature Living, Muscle & Fitness Hers, and Columbus Parent magazines. But her true writing abilities (among other things) were put to the test when Sports Illustrated asked Allred to try out for, make, and write about a women’s professional football team.
